50% Deposit required to book reservation. No reservation can be held without deposit. 

1/2 Deposit is only refundable if cancelled forty five (45) days prior to trip date or

1/2 Deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the limo for the trip cancelled if after forty five (45) days prior to trip. We will make a best faith effort to re-book for cancelled date and time at the same rate. If we are able to, we will refund the full deposit. 

Any deposit not considered refundable will be credited to customer's account as a credit for a future rental.

We are not responsible for changes made to a date in which we are already booked.

We will try our best to accommodate any changes made unforeseen by customer at no additional charge.

Deposit must be made by credit card or Debit Visa/Master Card with card remaining on file.

Drivers whos tips are forgotten will be billed at 20% of the final fee to the credit card on file.

Damages to our limos or additional clean up fees will be billed to the credit card on file.

Etched glassware kept (or broken) by client and/or guests of client will be billed at $25 per item.

Excessive rudeness and/or belligerence towards our drivers will not be tolerated by any guest. Drivers may, at their discretion, end the ride for all guests with no refund.

Minors are NOT allowed to consume alcohol in the limos. Doing so may lead to the driver taking minors back to the pick up location and ending the ride with no refund!

Absolutely NO smoking or Vaping in our limos! A $200 cleaning fee will be added to the card on file if this rule is violated. 

$400 bio clean up fee will be added to clean up any human bodily fluids including vomiting in our limos.   

While we will make a best faith effort to return items left in our limos, the company nor drivers are responsible for said items.
