DEPOSIT | CANCELLATION | REFUND POLICY
*Due to demand, 3 hour minimum rate does not apply to weekend nights. Friday & Saturday nights are 4 hour minimums
*Day of requests will require our drivers to cancel their plans as they have not previously been scheduled. If we are able to accommodate a day of request, an additional $100 cost would be incurred that goes directly to our driver in addition to the gratuity. We hope you understand.
*Prices exclude prom season which runs from April to May which will add an upcharge.

50% Deposit required to book reservation. No reservation can be held without deposit.

1/2 Deposit is only refundable if cancelled forty five (45) days prior to trip date or

1/2 Deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the limo for the trip cancelled if after forty five (45) days prior to trip. We will make a best faith effort to re-book for cancelled date and time at the same rate. If we are able to, we will refund the full deposit.

Any deposit not considered refundable will be credited to customer's account as a credit for a future rental.

We are not responsible for changes made to a date in which we are already booked.

We will try our best to accommodate any changes made unforeseen by customer at no additional charge.

Deposit must be made by credit card or Debit Visa/Master Card with card remaining on file.

Drivers whos tips are forgotten will be billed at 20% of the final fee to the credit card on file.

Damages to our limos or additional clean up fees will be billed to the credit card on file.

Etched glassware kept (or broken) by client and/or guests of client will be billed at $25 per item.

Excessive rudeness and/or belligerence towards our drivers will not be tolerated by any guest. Drivers may, at their discretion, end the ride for all guests with no refund.

Minors are NOT allowed to consume alcohol in the limos. Doing so may lead to the driver taking minors back to the pick up location and ending the ride with no refund!

Absolutely NO smoking or Vaping in our limos! A $200 cleaning fee will be added to the card on file if this rule is violated.

$400 bio clean up fee will be added to clean up any human bodily fluids including vomiting in our limos.

While we will make a best faith effort to return items left in our limos, the company nor drivers are responsible for said items.

OUR PROGRAM
A portion of the proceeds from every Five Oh Limo rental helps support our benevolent outreach program, “Hero’s Night Out.”

This program was created as a way to show appreciation to the people who quietly carry the weight of our communities every day — first responders, law enforcement, military members, veterans, nurses, teachers, and others whose service often goes unseen.
These individuals spend their lives caring for, protecting, and supporting others, yet their sacrifices are too often overlooked or taken for granted. Through Hero’s Night Out, we hope to remind them that they are valued, respected, and deeply appreciated.
It is our small way of giving back to the people who make our communities stronger, safer, and better for all of us.

There is a saying that people may forget what you said or what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
That belief is at the heart of our Hero’s Night Out program.

Because appreciation means more when it comes from an entire community standing together.

I have used many rental services in Austin, but Five Oh Limo is the best. They were very willing to take us to ACL from Lakeway and then pick us up when the festival was over. Typically, companies charge extra for a split reservation or have minimum hourly requirements, but Five Oh Limo did no such thing. The rate was pleasantly under what I expected to pay. The limo showed up 5 minutes early, so we had no issue meeting our showtime at ACL. Luis even stopped at a convenience store, so we could grab some roadies for the trip. The ride was smooth and enjoyable. The trip home was even better. Luis had a six pack of beer waiting for us at no additional charge. After that 6 1/2 mile trek through the festival, a cold one was very much appreciated. This is five star service. I will recommend this company to all of my friends.

5 star experience!!! Five Oh Limo came and picked us up from our house to transport us to the airport at the start of our summer vacation. I appreciated that our driver was early and waited for us to be ready at the scheduled time. There was a wreck on I-35 so our driver took us via the toll road to avoid that traffic. We were on vacation for three weeks, but I didn’t have to follow up with Five Oh to make sure they would be picking us up at the airport. They proactively reached out to me to let me know they’d be waiting and to check to see if there had been any flight changes. As the wife of a Texas Deputy Constable, I have seen firsthand the sacrifices first responder families make every single day. Long nights. Missed holidays. Phone calls no family ever wants to receive. The weight carried by first responders does not end when the shift is over — it follows them home to the people who love them most.
That reality changed how we viewed our mission as a company.
Five Oh Limo became more than transportation. It became an opportunity to create moments of joy, celebration, connection, and appreciation for those who spend their lives protecting and serving others.
We believe our community’s heroes deserve to feel valued not only during times of tragedy, but also during life’s happiest moments — weddings, proms, anniversaries, birthdays, and nights spent simply reconnecting with the people they love.
Our “Hero’s Night Out” program was created as a small way to give back to the law enforcement, military, firefighter, EMS, and first responder communities that sacrifice so much for all of us. The owner Luis does a fabulous job getting everything set up for his clients. We hired him to take our group to downtown Austin for dinner and live music. He showed up on time, with a beautiful clean limousine.
We enjoyed the fun party music and the ride.
